Political relations

Relations between Serbia and Sudan are traditionally good, but it is necessary to intensify political dialogue and cooperation in various areas of mutual interest. Sudan is among the countries that have not recognized the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo, which is another gesture of friendship that characterizes mutual relations.

There has been no exchange of visits for a long time, and meetings of officials are most often held at international and regional gatherings.

Economic relations

According to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, total trade in goods with the Republic of the Sudan in 2025 amounted to EUR 499 thousand, of which exports from the Republic of Serbia accounted for EUR 45 thousand and imports for EUR 454 thousand.
