Department of Cultural Diplomacy

The Department of Cultural Diplomacy performs tasks related to:

• Developing educational, cultural, scientific, technological, and sports cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and other countries;
• Preparing, concluding, and implementing agreements, programs, and other contracts with countries and international organizations in these areas;
• Representing Serbian cultural identity, arts, language, and national cultural heritage to strengthen the international recognition of the Republic of Serbia;
• Organizing conferences, professional lectures, celebrating Serbian cultural events abroad, and implementing cultural events of foreign countries in the Republic of Serbia;
• Awarding scholarships to domestic and foreign students;
• Performing other tasks within the scope of the Department.
