Tokyo: Embassy of Serbia awarded the winner of the Japan Modern Naïve Art Society competition

At a solemn ceremony in Tokyo, the award of the Embassy of Serbia was given to the winner of the Japan Modern Naïve Art Society competition, artist Kizuki Kashi for her artistic work „Sound of the Heart“.
While presenting the award, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Tokyo Aleksandra Kovač pointed out that she was honoured that the long-standing tradition was continued and strengthened in the year when Serbia and Japan were celebrating 140 years of friendship, and that the Embassy would devotedly continue to support the successful cooperation and exchange of experience of the Society with naive artists from Serbia.
The award-winning piece of art will be exhibited at the Embassy of Serbia during the next year.
Cooperation between the Embassy and the Society has been ongoing since 2009, and in addition to the award given by the Serbian Embassy, awards from other institutions in the field of art have also been given.
