Washington: Ambassador Đurić at the International Cooperation Conference

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Washington, Marko Đurić, participated in the International Cooperation Conference organized by the Association of Caribbean States (ACS).

As representative of the Republic of Serbia and official observer at this Association, Ambassador Đurić emphasized our country's determination to expand cooperation with the countries of the wider Caribbean region.

“Serbia will continue to nurture a long tradition of sincere friendship with the Caribbean nations that, despite geographical distance, we continue to perceive as brothers in every respect. I will also use this opportunity to convey messages of sincere gratitude from the Republic of Serbia for respecting the principles of international law in all world multilateral forums,” Đurić underlined.

On the sidelines of the Conference, Ambassador Đurić met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala Mario Búcaro and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Keisal Melissa Peters, as well as with many ambassadors of Caribbean countries and other officials of regional organizations.
